Our story
The range of a full department, without hiring one
FC Consulting & Compliance was set up by Fiachra Coyle MCIOB, a Chartered Construction Manager who came up through apprenticeship, site management, project management and now contracts management, on schemes worth up to £38m.
Along the way he built the things the business now offers: RAMS that hold up under audit, quality ITPs and a SHEQ system built from the ground up, inspections ahead of handover, estimating tools that price a job straight from the measurements, and programmes that link the critical path back to procurement and design.
Conal Coyle joined to add business process analysis and optimisation, along with technical electrical procurement and electrical estimating assistance. His experience includes managing electrical procurement on M&E packages up to £150m. Comhghall Liggett supports the team across day-to-day operations.
The result is one team that can cover safety, quality, delivery and the commercial side of a job, with one point of contact from start to finish.

Can you take on a single document, like one RAMS pack?
Yes. Many clients start with one RAMS pack, one quality plan or one tender. There's no minimum commitment.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Most document, estimating and procurement work is done remotely. Inspections, snagging and construction management include site visits, arranged with you.
What should I send when I get in touch?
A short description of what you need and whatever you have: drawings, the specification, the programme, existing documents and your deadline. The more we know, the more useful our first conversation.
Can you help us get ready for an ISO audit?
Yes. We can carry out a gap analysis, write or tidy up the system and prepare you for the certification body's audit.
