Fiachra Coyle is a Chartered Construction Manager, who has overseen all site operations across multiple large projects. He has worked his way up through every level of site and project delivery. Fiachra started as a Contracts Apprentice on a £15m hospital scheme, then moved to Assistant Site Manager on a £38m academy build and Assistant Project Manager on a £7m college project under an NEC3 contract. As Project Manager, he then took on the challenge of building and running an entire construction division from the ground up. In this role he set up the systems, team and processes that turned it into a working business, while delivering multiple live projects from £650k to £2.5m. Most recently, he has moved into contracts management.
Along the way he built the things this consultancy now offers: RAMS and risk documentation that hold up under audit, quality ITPs and a SHEQ system built from the ground up, ITAPS assessments and snagging inspections ahead of handover, cost code structures and estimating tools that price a job straight off the measurements, and construction programmes built and tracked in Asta and MS Project with the critical path linked back to procurement and design. He has also held full project management responsibility, from procurement and programme through to the day-to-day contract and subcontractor management that keeps a site moving.
Conal Coyle adds business process analysis and optimisation, technical electrical procurement and electrical estimating assistance, backed by experience managing electrical procurement on M&E packages up to £150m and large data centres across Europe. He also aims to help contractors use AI day to day, from automated workflows to better productivity in each department. Comhghall Liggett keeps day-to-day operations moving.
